- Annual Santa Ride - Newark
Join us for WCBC’s Annual Santa Ride to Newark.
Get into the spirit of the season! Decorate for the ride--accessorize
your bike clothes, or come in costume (suggested, not required.) We’ll
start at 10:00 am from Paper Mill Park at the intersection of Paper Mill
and Polly Drummond Hill Roads in Newark. We'll have a refreshment stop
on Main Street in Newark. The average speed of the 20-25 mile ride will
be 10-12 mph. Much of the terrain will be flat, but there are some rolling
sections. No ride if black ice conditions exist or the temperature is

Join us for WCBC’s North Wilmington Santa Ride.
Get into the spirit of the season! Decorate for the ride--accessorize
your bike clothes, or come in costume (suggested, not required.) We’ll
start at 10:00 am from Branmar Plaza at Marsh& Silverside Rd's by
Brandywine Cyclery. The ride will be 10-12 mph. Much of the terrain will
be flat, but there are some rolling sections. No ride if black ice conditions
exist or the temperature is below 32 degrees F at the start. We will stop
for hot drinks and snacks so bring money if you like. Ride Leaders: David
