Online Membership Hiccup…

For those that have recently tried to renew their membership or join our Club for the first time, you  probably received a response that states that “the membership period has closed” or something to that effect.   That is not true.  Our membership period is open and as far as Active.com is concerned will re-open soon.

Our service provider, Active.com is in the process of moving their customers from one platform to another.  Evidently this migration coupled with our annual membership spanning March 1 to February 28 has caused a lock out of the membership portal.  

Our treasurer is working with the support staff at Active to resolve this problem.  Once we receive confirmation that the problem is resolved and the membership portal is open I will post an update here.
