Heart of The Chesapeake Bike Tour

Join us for the Dorchester Family YMCA's Heart of the Chesapeake Bike Tour on Saturday, July 21, 2018. The bike tour includes four options. This ride goes around the perimeter of scenic Lancaster and part of Berks counties in Pennsylvania. The ride distances are 111, 177, 200, 225 and 24 hr with 8900 to 22,000 ft of climb. Delaware Valley Bicycle Club’s Brandywine Tour starts and finishes in spectacular thoroughbred horse farm country; longer routes also roll in to horse-and-buggy country in Lancaster County.  Five route options are available: 25, 50, 64, 76, and a challenging 100 miles on low-traffic, paved roads. The Lehigh Wheelmen invite you to participate in the 2018 Donut Derby on Labor Day, September 3rd. The DD is a fun 36 mile race with a twist: Get a 3 minute time credit for each donut eaten at stops positioned at mile markers 12 and 24.
