Group Rides Cancelled June 8-9

WCBC has CANCELLED ALL GROUP RIDES on Thursday, June 8 and Friday, June 9.

Due to danger from the Canadian wildfire smoke, the Delaware Department of Natural Resources & Environmental Control (DDNREC) has declared Code Red Air Quality Action Day for June 8 and Code Orange Air Quality Action Day for June 9.

Group rides will resume upon the return of normal air quality levels.

Deanna enjoys riding bikes—all kinds of bikes. She has ridden beach cruiser, city rental, cargo delivery, electric-assist, foldable, hybrid and road bikes. Locally, you can see her commuting on a foldable Brompton (AKA 🤡 🚲) or riding road bikes with her husband Gary and fellow WCBC members. Recently retired, Deanna is looking forward to cycling trips with Gary and teaching her grandsons to ride.
