DESCRIPTION:EXPERIENCE THE WONDERS OF GREECE IN AN EXCITING TEN DAY BICYCLE EXCURSION. SUMMARY:BREAK THE CYCLE
DESCRIPTION:BREAK THE CYCLE\nAugust 17 – October 23\, 2017\nSeattle\, WA – Washington\, DC \n  \nBreak the Cycle\, organized by the American Academy for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP)\, is a ride from Washington State to Washington\, D.C. to raise awareness and support for children’s mental health issues.  Dr. Andrés Martin\, an AACAP member psychiatrist\, will be riding from August to October across the country to spread the word that children’s mental illnesses are real\, common\, and treatable.   \nThere are a variety of ways to get involved with Break the Cycle\, but we especially hope you join Dr. Martin as he rides through Pennsylvania and Maryland.  You can sign up here to be a featured rider on our Riders page!  You’re also welcome to support Break the Cycle by: \n\nTaking the pledge in support of children’s mental health\nMaking a donation or fundraising\nSharing on social media – using these provided sample posts to help you out\n\n  \nYou can find additional information about Break the Cycle at www.breakthecycle.aacap.org  or reach out to btcsupport@aacap.org with any questions.

SUMMARY:Fall Foliage Tour
DESCRIPTION:Toward the end of September\, we do these five days of riding all over again as Fall Foliage hits the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.  The fall colors can be spectacular and on the right kind of a day\, we’ve had experienced cyclists say that a day’s ride was one of the best of their lives. \nAs with the June Tour we gather at 8 and leave at 8:30 am. Wednesday\, Thursday\, and Friday at The EastSide Restaurant in Newport\, VT and on Saturday and Sunday at Mike’s Tiki Bar.  Each evening we organize The Long Tables of Newport and East Burke\, just as we do in June.  Here are the dates with maps. \nWednesday\, September 20th\, 2017 — Guided Ride through Orleans Central \nThursday\, September 21st\, 2017 – The Western Hill Country \nFriday\, September 22nd\, 2017 — Ride Around Lake Memphremagog \nSaturday\, September 23rd\, 2017 – The Moose \nSunday\, September 24th\, 2017 – Lake Region Century.
