SUMMARY:9/11 National Memorial Trail Tour
DESCRIPTION:This meaningful journey will cover a distance of 1\,200 miles over 27 days\, traversing through scenic landscapes and paying tribute to the memory of those affected by the events of September 11\, 2001. Commencing in Arlington\, Virginia at the Pentagon Memorial on June 5\, the tour will take cyclists clockwise following the 9/11 Trail before ultimately ending back in Arlington\, Virginia on July 1. Let’s come together to make the 9/11 National Memorial Trail Bike Tour 2024 a symbol of unity\, remembrance\, and resilience!\n\nIn the spirit of giving back\, the Alliance is excited to share a unique fundraising opportunity associated with this cycling tour. For every dollar raised above the cost of the tour will be generously matched. The Alliance encourages each rider to not only embark on this incredible journey but also to rally their community and raise as many funds as possible. All proceeds and fundraising efforts will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of the 9/11 National Memorial Trail\, ensuring that its significance endures for future generations.

SUMMARY:Third Annual Biking for Brittany Ride
DESCRIPTION:Join Brittany’s Hope for the Third Annual Biking for Brittany Metric Century or Metric Half-Century on Sunday\, June 30\, 2024. \nRegistration options include a metric century (62 miles) or metric half-century (34 miles). Beginning at the Historic Star Barn Village and cycling along the beautiful waterfronts and through the rolling hills and picturesque landscape of Elizabethtown\, Hershey\, and surrounding counties. We will be waiting for you at the end of the ride with refreshments and fun! \nNew for 2024!!  Three timed Strava Segments with prizes!  Segments will be posted at a later date.  Also new for 2024\, fun post ride event to include burger’s and dog’s on the grill\, ice cream\, music\, and a few cool cycling related vendors! \nIf you’re unable to ride with us on June 30th\, please join the ride virtually or by making a donation to a cyclist. 100% of donations made to this event go directly to supporting the programs of Brittany’s Hope. \nThis is a rain or shine event.
