SUMMARY:Ride for Justice
DESCRIPTION:Everyone deserves a second chance\n\nFour years ago\, a group of local cyclists came together to honor the memory of George Floyd\, by raising money to support the fight for legal justice in Delaware. We’re honored and humbled that they’ve chosen to partner with the Delaware Center for Justice\, recognizing the unique role that DCJ plays in the struggle for social justice in the First State. \nRide Description\n\nThis year’s family-friendly Delaware Ride for Justice offers five routes: \n\n5 mile “Family Ride”\n10 mile “Ice Cream Ride”\n28 mile “Odessa Ride”\n50 mile Distance Ride\n84.6 mile Flagship Ride\, in memory of the final 8 minutes and 46 seconds of George Floyd’s life – and in recognition of the nationwide movement for justice that emerged as a result.\n\n \nAll rides begin in Delaware City. These routes traverse a landscape suffused with the spirit of Delaware justice seekers. With 4 support stops\, electronic GPS mapping and paper cue sheets\, road markings\, and ride-day support\, the Ride For Justice will be a day of physical challenge\, personal contemplation\, and natural beauty.

DESCRIPTION:Tour de Lebanon Valley\nLebanon\, PA\nJune 10\, 2023Ride Options: Metric Century\, 26 mile “mid distance”\, and a 6 mi family (rail trail) \nProceeds benefit: Lebanon Valley Conservancy\, Lebanon bicycle Coalition\, Community Health council of Lebanon\, and Bicycle Recycle \nThe Metric and mid distance rides winds through rolling countryside\, beautiful farmlands\, forests\, and historic sites. Both include moderate elevation changes. Check links from the maps on our website for actual elevation profiles. There are three rest stops on the metric and one on the mid distance.
