Hola amigos en bicicleta. White Clay Bicycle Club is getting together a team to ride the PA Center for Adapted Sports (PCAS) Cinco De Mayo Ride & Walk Benefit in Philadelphia.
The event provides support for the PCAS and its adaptive sports programs for rowing, cycling, kayaking and rowing. The PCAS also has a cycling program in Chester County.
“There is so much that cycling can offer. Our Club is honored to help support the efforts of PCAS to empower people with disabilities lead healthy and active lives,” says WCBC President Jamie Plower, who will be a Club Ride Leader for the event.
The route on Sunday, May 3 (NOT actual Cinco de Mayo) offers 25-mile and 50-mile open road rides through Chester County. Sign up via the WCBC Team Rider Registration on the PCAS event site.
