Time to doff our chapeaus!

Bill Ebbott and Dinesh Mistry have led the Shorefire Century and Savage Century for the past several years with superb organizational skills. They ensured details were checked and delivered. Participants could rely that the events were ready for me.

Both Directors added their own imprints to these special events. Along with regular snacks, Bill added his special recipe potatoes. For post-ride delights, Bill’s signature treats were ice pops from the cooler–perfect in August.

Before the post-ride sandwiches and pizza, Dinesh and his family personally whipped up both a multitude of peanut butter sandwiches and the refreshing British tea time classic of cucumber & cheese sandwiches.

Merci to Bill and Dinesh for their awesome leadership, adventuresome spirits and senses of humor. Your generous time and effort is so very appreciated.

We are now looking forward to volunteers to lead the Shorefire and Savage next year. Bill and Dinesh will be available to advise and a checklist for each event is available. Please contact an Executive Committee member is you are interested in volunteering.
