Delaware Greenways 30th Anniversary Celebration November 23 – Please Join Us! (raindate 11/24).
Delaware Greenways is 30 years old and working to create more futures for Delaware! Come out and help us celebrate 30 years of trail and byway advocacy!
The event will feature a bike ride and guided walk along the Northern Delaware Greenway Trail, and other fun activities, vendors, Outlandish Food Truck and beverages!
– Main Event – 10am to 2pm, at the Delaware Greenways Home – 1910 Rockland Rd. Wilmington DE 19803 9am Bike on the Northern Delaware Greenway to the Delaware & back (limited to 100 riders, $25 fee)
– Walk / hike to the Brandywine, very family-friendly walk thru the Alapocas Woods/Park
Join for our festivities
– a big white tent with many community and program partners, at our “home” at the Bird-Husband House, 1910 Rockland Rd. Wilmington DE 19803
– we’ll be sharing info on upcoming work supported by William Penn Foundation to extend our trail
