Welcome or Welcome Back to the following 14 riders who joined the WCBC via Family or Single Memberships in January and February. These cyclists are from the 4-state Mid-Atlantic area within the towns of Ashland, Bear, Crum Lynne, Dover, Lindenwold, Middletown, Newark, Odenton and Wilmington. To date, we total 14 in registered members.
