Longtime Club member Mario Nappa is leading a petition to counter the U.S Army Corps of Engineers plan of draining the marshland along the Mike Castle Trail. While the petition emphasizes fishing, the natural resources and beauty of that Delaware City marsh is special to anyone using the trail.
