The League of American Bicyclists (League) has just released its annual Bicycle Friendly States Report and Ranking. The League cites that it rates ”each state on its efforts and conditions. States that rank near the top have policies, practices and resources that support improving conditions for people who bike.”
For 2024, the ranked states that comprise territory of traditional WCBC rides are:

The League states that its report provides a way for “residents and leaders to make a difference” in cycling conditions via benchmarks, celebrations and action.
