The Club is always looking for members to become more involved and engaged in club activities.  Whether as a ride participant, event volunteer, ride leader, or a member of the executive committee.  As a volunteer-based organization we need your help to make this club successful.

The Club is organized and managed by the Executive Committee, made up of twelve positions.  Each year we look to fill those positions by the start of our fiscal year, March 1.  Most years we have members of the EC willing to stay on and assume the duties and responsibilities of the roles they have previously accepted, but some years people do step down leaving a void that needs to be filled.

This year we have a void in the position of Social Chair.  Like all positions, this is a position that is important to the operation of the club and we would like to fill as soon as we can.  It currently remains open.

Social Chair – Duties and Responsibilities
The Social Chair is responsible for scheduling and planning the Club’s social functions, including the Annual Banquet, Annual Picnic, and Volunteer Brunch.  The Social Chair can also be involved in developing other social events for the membership including events at the monthly Club meetings.
